I was extremely hopeful for this to have been a great experience, but unfortunately it was not. I went in to have a manicure and dip polish done on my nails. After talking with the tech I decided to try builder gel. She stated that she wasn’t super comfortable doing the dip so I went with the service that she said she felt more confident performing. My time in the salon was wonderful, but my nails looked far from perfect. I decided not to say anything about it until they started peeling off and chipping less than 48 hours later after I had been told they’d last for at least a couple of weeks. I reached out to the salon and was told they could re do them for me, but when I asked for a refund after stating that I wouldn’t have a babysitter again this week for my kids I was told they don’t give refunds.

I swear the owner knows every customer by name whether or not you're her client. It's such a great feeling! I usually see Megan for my nails and she is amazing! Always helps me pick my colors or which mani is best for my nail goals

Genevieve did an AMAZING job! I have extremely brittle nails and a lot of lift and she was extremely gentle and accommodating. She’s very detail oriented and creative. Best nail tech ever!

I am so in love with my lash extensions. This is my first set and Laila exceeded my expectations. She walked me through what to expect throughout the process. Answered my questions fully, maintained a great bedside manner. Created conversation and even allowed me to sleep and enjoy the quiet. Beauty takes time. I appreciated her attention to detail and that she didn’t rush. I’m 51 years old and I am so very happy that Laila took the time to hear to my concerns and gave me an elegant set of classic lashes. Expectations were expressed so when I left, I knew how to clean them, brush them, and told not to worry if a few fell out. It’s the same with hair extensions. Thank you for a great experience. I’ll see you in 4 weeks.

My experience was amazing with Rachael! She is so down to earth and took the time to understand my vision! I’ve got really long hair and it’s hard to trust someone with it until I met her! She also has long hair which made me feel understood! We talked and it felt like we were friends from the start! She was so educational and informed me of different styling tips and also how to moisturize without overloading my hair with product and she recommended some styling tools! 10/10 book with Rachael! She’s got the best vibes! I shared a before and after for comparison ❤️🙂
