First visit here. Pictures are the morning after getting my nails done. Multiple file cuts, rough under nails, cuticles peeling and fingers are quite tender and hurting where cut. Went in for fill, pressured into using another product (after they started the fill session) Not happy with quality of service or end result, as so many cuts and issues. The product used I have no opinion/rating as less than a day.

$45 dollars for a gel manicure that took over an hour to do and the “tech” taking the polish off with file and redoing a few times because he was applying too much on the nail and it kept running to my cuticles …. I had to grab the file myself a couple times and fix some spots because he had no idea what I was saying… sad this is what we’re getting in 2025 can’t even get a simple manicure done correctly. This should’ve been $25 the polish was clearly diluted down with acetone or something making it as runny as it was.

I’ve been coming here for quite a few years and I’ve never had a complaint. Everyone here does an excellent job. I’ve used PETER R and PETER L in the past and recently I’ve used Mihn and Jennie (so sorry if I didn’t spell correctly) and they both gave me phenomenal pedicures! This will always be my go to place for my nails 🥰 everyone is kind and goes above and beyond to make sure customers are 100% satisfied! Highly recommend CT NAILS always! 🩷

I went to CT Nails in mid-January for the first time in several years to have gel polish applied over my natural nails. Within three days, the polish started chipping so badly that I had to remove it. Hoping it was a one-time issue, I returned on February 13, explained what happened, and had the gel polish reapplied. Unfortunately, about seven days later, the polish began chipping again, and by day ten, it was lifting and peeling off in sheets. On the 11th or 12th day, I went back to the salon to show them what was happening, thinking they might be able to figure out the issue. Instead of addressing my concern, the first thing I was told was that they couldn’t offer a discount because I had waited more than ten days to complain. The manager was so focused on denying me a discount that he completely ignored the fact that my polish was peeling off. I repeatedly explained that I wasn’t there for a discount—I just wanted to understand why this was happening since it had now happened twice. The manager then offered to redo my nails, but only at full price. Even after I agreed to this, one of the employees started telling me all the reasons why it was my fault the gel wasn’t lasting, as if I’d never had gel nails before. She also suggested I should have gotten dip instead. I initially planned to return for a third attempt, but after leaving, I realized I had no confidence that the results would be any different. Rather than paying again for another poor experience, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Problem solved.

First visit today as a newbie to the state from CT and had a great experience. I had beautiful Daisy for a wonderful spa pedicure. I had Tom for a T.A.P. gel overlay/manicure which was also perfect. I think may be the best set I've ever had! Everyone very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back.
