Glows Nails and Spa

I'm overall pretty disappointed with my experience here, which is surprising considering I looked at the reviews and review photos before deciding to come to this salon. For $75, the quality of the nails I received was subpar. For starters, when I booked my appointment, I booked it with a specific nail tech. When I arrived, the nail tech I requested was doing someone else's nails and I got someone different to do my nails. The thing that disappointed me the most about the nails that I got was the fact that they were very uneven and misshapen, and this nail salon didn't have enough materials to do the design I wanted. I wanted very simple silver rhinestones on my nails, and the nail tech agreed to do it and proceeded to do the design. It wasn't until AFTER majority of the rhinestones were glued on that they tell me they did not have enough silver ones to do the rest of my nails. I was a bit disappointed but they asked if it was okay if they could use pink rhinestones to complete the design. I said that was fine, and it would have been completely fine if they were glued on symmetrically like the rest of my nails. The placement of the rhinestones on my ring finger were completely unsymmetrical compared to my other fingers. Speaking of dissymmetry, the overall shape and length of my nails was also lacking. I asked for almond and what I got on some of my fingers was a misshapen oval. My right pinky finger is a completely different length than my left. I just don't understand the lack of quality control, especially since I'm paying $75. What I also don't understand is I literally watched the other nail tech double checking the client's nail length to make sure they were even. But mine did not do that for me... The only positives I can say about this salon is that they were pleasant, they had a cute dog, and the color of my nails did turn out cute and is exactly what I wanted. Other than that I'm pretty sad about my experience here and the price I paid.

First time going here and hands down one of the best nail experiences! Max was so attentive to how I wanted my nails and continued to check in with me to make sure that I was happy with the shape and color! I also enjoy how it’s scheduled by appointment only so that way you’re not feeling rushed while getting them done. Customer service was excellent and I will definitely be going back!

This place was a gem to find. My daughter turned 5 today and I wanted to pamper her with a professional manicure which happened to be her 1st one ever. They were able to accommodate us immediately and were very attentive with my daughter. They had a wide variety of nail color options and added a beautiful flower to each ring finger. The place looked clean and tidy, and the staff was really nice too. Prices were very reasonable, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much Glows Nails and Spa for adding that special surprise to my daughter's birthday.

Max and Amy are the sweetest! I leave there with beautiful nails that are sturdy and hold up sometimes for 3-4 weeks. I am pretty hard on my nails but I rarely break or have lifting even when I have gone longer periods between fills.

Great experience!!! Max did a fantastic job. A year ago I went to a different salon and was cut up pretty bad ( I won't name the salon) I swore i would never get them done again. But max was so gentle and kind the entire time. Extremely easy to talk to and did an amazing job with shaping my nails just right. 10/10 would recommend, and I will most definitely be back!
