Love love Ms. Carol!! She is the sweetest!! Personality is perfect!! This was my first time coming and I will definitely be back to see her! ❤️❤️ Henry was phenomenal!! I will definitely be back! I could’ve fell asleep while he was doing my pedicure. He was so genuine and kept asking me if everything was okay! ❤️❤️ Thank you both for y’all’s hospitality! I will be back to see both of you again! I’ve finally found a nail salon that cares for their clients!! ❤️❤️

I had the opportunity to watch the health of my nails be completely restored within just a few months at Grand Nail Lounge! I came in feeling extremely anxious because my nails had been badly damaged and were visibly affected by a fungal infection. Ms. Carol immediately reassured me that she would take care of me and promised that if I stayed consistent, I would see great results—and she was absolutely right. 💞💞👌🏽👌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽💞💞 She provided me with a home remedy along with an antifungal treatment from her business. I returned every 2–3 weeks, and over time my nails were restored to a healthy, beautiful state. At every visit, I felt reassured, comfortable, and confident that I was in great hands. Ms. Carol and her staff are truly wonderful—professional, pleasant, and caring. On my most recent visit, I added eyelash services, and WOW—what a treat! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I am very frustrated with my experience. First off it took 2.5 hours to get a builder gel fill in. After I had asked the guy doing my multiple times to re shape my nail or make them thinner or paint the whole side of my nail he missed I was just getting more disappointed. He also didn’t even trim my cuticles or anything. I honestly didn’t have any more time of my day to waste here. I went in with a simple design asked if it was achievable and as they always say “yes of course, I do for you” it clearly wasn’t. He tried the design several times with it being far from the inspiration photo I settled to have my nails painted all one color. They still do not look presentable. They looked better grown out than what I left with.

I just went for the first time. Danny was very nice, he asked about my comfort level when I told him my cuticles were sensitive. He was thorough and efficient but quick at the same time. I’m now a loyal customer!

Ms carol is amazing! I love her so much. She listens she cares and she takes her time. I’ll never go anywhere else. She cares about everyone who walks in her store and the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing experience. Thank you ms Carol. You are the best!!! 💕💐💅😍🫶🏼
