Nina’s is the absolute BEST spot in Crestview. I have had exceptional service from several technicians and Nina herself did my nails and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! She is so sweet and there is nothing better than feeling right at home while getting exactly what you ask for!! Trust the process! This nail salon is AMAZING 💃🏼🖤🖤🖤

Went to try Ninas with my husband. He works blue collar and so we decided to get pedicures. I asked for the $35 pedicure and he asked for the $50 one. The guy that did my feet did the $50 pedicure and I woke up the next day with a toe infection. Not only was I over charged but also I have an infection. Service was great but I’m disappointed.

I will start this off by saying i absolutely LOVE how my nails came out! They did the style exactly how I asked. However, just 4 days later 2 of my nails had completely popped off. I was super busy so a few days later I went back to get them fixed. The man that was gonna fix them told me that I would need to pay for another full set due to some of my other nails being loose. It had not even been 2 weeks yet and I was told I would need to pay full price for ANOTHER full set. Clearly the technique used to do my nails caused them not to last. This was my first time getting my nails done here but due to this experience i will NOT be returning.

I have went to Nina's on several occasions, and have never been disappointed. I went this week and let me tell you, Miss ma'am Alexa did her thing with my nails! From the color, the acrylic, to the shape I don't think it could have been any more perfect. She also did my pedicure, she was amazing there too!

I normally don’t leave negative reviews for any business but this was a terrible experience. When I went in with Gel X tips they first tell me that they’ll fall off in two days (they won’t. I’ve done my nails before) and attempted to get me to use the highest priced product instead without even telling me about this price. I ended up deciding to go with the acrylics option and started getting my tips removed via drill bits and a soak off. The man who serviced me (I think his name is spelled Daht, pronounced Dot) was extremely unprofessional and would not stop hitting my skin with the bits and kept drilling way too harsh on my nails. I even started bleeding in some spots and he would scoff every now and then and continue impatiently drill product off. I asked a question to see if they’d have a more translucent acrylic option and my question was only met with, “do you know what acrylic is, “ and a scoff. I was done by halfway through the removal product and decided to myself to finish the removal, pay, then leave. I just couldn’t trust a hand that harsh on my nails to work on them. This is exactly why I have a distrust of nail salons and prefer to find local and small business nail techs. Can’t speak on the other employees, but this particular man was the worst experience I’ve had getting my nails done.
