Rose Couture Nail Bar - Dallas

I have been going to the addison location for about a year now (Truly a 5 star experience at the Addison location!!!) and recently started going to the Dallas Location due to proximity, I enjoyed my first set there as to why I returned for a second, and it was not so great. It’s been about 48 hours and they are peeling, gems are falling off, and overall quality was poor. I paid $120 (with tip) for this set on Friday 12/12. Today is Sunday 12/14 and when I went back in to have them fixed I was told i wouldn’t be able to come back in until after the salon was closed? And after multiple phone calls to get a better understanding of price (???) I learned that it would be $20 for TWO nails to be redone to a MUCH simpler design (no gems) even after they admitted my nails were not cured properly. I will not be going back. So unfortunate!!! I thought I loved this salon! Update!!! More peeling happening on other nails, I decided to give money to another salon and they fixed all of them FREE of CHARGE after I offered to pay multiple times and off course I tipped the gentleman who fixed my nails what Rose Couture wanted me to spend.

i've been to rose couture several times in the past, and i have had no issues!! however, went in today as a little self care thing before i move out of dallas, and after a hard couple of weeks, and i am quite upset :(! the experience was great, everyone was very sweet, but i really just hate my nails. i had a budget of about $100, only expecting to spend $80 or so, and ended up using up my entire budget. i wanted shortish black coffin nails with a star design on the middle finger, and wanted to use dip powder because ive found that it doesnt chip and lasts very long for me! but when i sat down, i was told that my nails were too short for dip even if i were to get tips. i am a nail biter unfortunately, so i understood, but i have always had really short nails and have never been told that it's an issue. the nail tech told me i should get gel x, which i hadnt tried before, so i went along with it. the nail tech was very sweet throughout the whole process, and it is definitely on me for not saying anything about how i dont like the nails, but i was scared that if i asked to just get them taken off, it would have cost so much more and i really didnt have extra money to spend. i have never been upset about artistic endeavors like this, i understand that nothing is perfect and there are mistakes to be made !! but i dont know, the shape is definitely not coffin, it looks more square, my cuticles are pretty irritated because of how the nail extension was placed, it's like right on my cuticle, and the stars just look really wonky :( on top of all of this, the gel is already starting to chip. i really dont like to leave 'bad' reviews, because i genuinely appreciate that the time was taken to do my nails, but i just really really hate them. im unsure of what to do about it :( i really love this nail salon, both my mom and i have had wonderful experiences here, it's just really upsetting that this experience is my last one with rose couture

I had no problems with this place besides them taking forever to get to you when you have an appointment. I will say they are really busy its very cute environment and everything but this is the third time I’ve came there and no one can do simple designs, or they’re not honest about being able to do the design. I came in there, wanting a galaxy theme nails, and I will show the picture of what I wanted and what my nails look like. There’s so much glue on the back of my nail because she put so much on there. It’s not even funny. Also keep in mind. This took an hour and a half after her being 20 minutes late to my appointment. I also told her this was for my wedding and this is the quality that she gave me. It’s unacceptable for a service to turn out like this. Just be honest that you can’t do the design. I would respect that. And she’s the one who suggested gel x nails and I usually always get gel X nails and I’ve never seen someone do it the way she did it on top of the fact of her using so much glue for the nail as you can tell in the second picture it’s coming out of my actual nail onto the tip of the nail on the back. I truly truly have had a transformative experience with my incredible nail tech name is Tori. I have gone to salons all over town being a dallas local. She does the best acrylic, best gel X, and best nails I have ever gotten done. My honest opinion as someone that never believed in getting gel nails, she has completely converted me until I can gel X over any others. No joke, feel free to ask her if easier if you see this review if that story is true.😂 FOR MANI ASK FOR TORI… trust me, thank me later♥️♥️ xo MC trust me, thank me later, OK if they say MC sent us

Had a rose couture pedi & it was phenomenal. I felt so relaxed. My girl massaged my feet & left me ready for a nap afterwards! If you haven’t checked them out, I HIGHLY recommend! It’s super cute & cutie cocktails too
