It’s not often you find a business take full accountability and offer apologies, understanding and action. Heather’s professionalism alone made me open to visiting this salon again. They have such beautiful work in their gallery and I honestly believe it might’ve been just an off day. Thanks again Heather for representing this business professionally and passionately !! Original review: Terrible experience, I really can’t understand all the great reviews. My usual place was closed and decided to try a new place. I got gel x and was burned several times which I can look past but my tech completely rushed my nails. He cut me multiple times and I’m not sure if you could tell but my French tip on my hands were all slanted to one side and thicker on one side. My nail decal isn’t even straight and my pedicure is super messy too. I paid $236 dollars for THIS. You read that right. I will say the front desk employee was extremely kind . At one point I had 4 employees standing around me looking at my nails talking and laughing and not in English it was so uncomfortable, I can’t believe I paid so much for such a mediocre job, also hate when they don’t do my pedicure separately because my nail tech had me turn off my massage chair for the entire service. Not relaxing at all !!
