I booked an appointment on a whim and dire need to repair a broken nail.... but what I received was so much more! The environment was feminine and inviting. The abundance of peonies enclosing the ramp as you're fully engulfed into the depths of the spa was heavenly. I received champagne as I awaited my nail tech to become available. Amy was amazing! Super friendly, detail-oriented and thoughtful of art placement. I've already booked my next appointment and happily await another fantastic experience with Amy.

Today I learned that Rose Couture really cares about their customers and the reputation of their business. I had an unpleasant experience a few days ago but was unable to stay longer to have the tech correct the issues. The receptionist called me and apologized for my experience and offered me a complimentary redo which I truly appreciated. When I arrived, I met with the manager Tim who personally apologized and assured me that they want to make it right. We discussed what the new nails will look like and he paired me with a tech named Jessica who executed the design perfectly. She paid so much attention to detail while also holding great conversation with me. I will definitely be rebooking with her. Again thanks Tim and team for being understanding and caring about your customers!

Rose Couture Addison is my designated nail salon! I’ve been going here for a solid year now and no matter who I get, they always do a flawless job. Anna, Karen, Lily, Jenny, Kiet, and Trinh have all done my mani/pedis and they’re all amazing! Service is always 10/10. I make an apt online ahead of time and I’ve never waited longer than the time it takes me to pick out my color. I am always offered a beverage. The entire experience makes you feel so pampered. I mainly only do builder gel now and Anna is my girl! I would give this place 1000 stars if I could.

My first experience was definitely a 12/10. If you are looking for all the girly and luxury vibes this is your place. My nail tech was the beautiful Trinh. She was so sweet observant and kept conversation. I was a little hesitant to bring my little one in. But she made sure we were both comfortable and happy. To top that we get a complimentary mimosas and champagne. So cutesy and good. The entire staff was a vibe and attentive. Shoot even forgot my 15%bday discount my final words were “it was still worth it”

Me and my friend came to this location for the first time and they took great care of us. It was very beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. They took time on both of our nails and we enjoyed it. The nail tech are very personable.
