2025-10-25This is my 3rd time at Ulux and this is my favorite nail salon! The manager Lucy is very attentive and provides EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! They really want to make sure you’re happy when you leave. I’ve had difference techs each time but they are all very very meticulous! I love it here!!! And try the iced Vietnamese coffee!!!

2025-09-18I had a great pedicure with Joe the other day and came back to get a matching manicure—but somehow the manicure was $89 plus a cash tip, only to end up leaving with see through nail polish is crazy overpriced and that’s with the 20% off?? When doing a cat eye polish you need either more than 2 coats of polish or a solid base color… also it’d be nice if the techs would ask what kind of cat eye they want. The color reference is #35

Everyone is absolutely amazing, Lucy at the front is so sweet, helpful, and makes some killer drinks, Nhu is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever had and I’ve been getting my nails done for years, she’s so dedicated to her craft and precise, Ben always does my pedicure and is so detailed and meticulous. So grateful for this amazing team and can’t wait to go back again soon!
