I got my haircut from Kevin Kim, and from the very first meeting, the experience was exceptional. He was kind and made me feel comfortable and happy as a customer. He started with a gentle scalp massage and shampoo, which were done with great care. What impressed me most was how he looked at my hair and immediately knew what style would suit me. He suggested exactly the style I had in mind. He carefully shaped the lines on the sides, and added volume to the back so that my hair looked fuller. He truly has top-level hairstyling skills. He’s also incredibly attentive and has great sense. Kevin Kim is the best!!

I went in needing a major refresh on my long, slightly shapeless hair and Claire absolutely knocked it out of the park. She was so sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted during the consultation. She took her time, gave me the most relaxing scalp massage and mini facial at the shampoo bowl, then executed a perfect mid-length cut. I was blown away when she told me I was only her third cut and style. She may be a student but she has characteristics of a seasoned stylist! The result is exactly what I wanted: layers that give my hair amazing bounce and movement, making my highlights look even brighter. I can style it straight or curled with soft waves. The "after" look is so light, voluminous, and modern—it’s like she injected life back into my hair! I’m honestly so impressed by her precision and attention to detail. Claire is going to be a superstar, and getting this fantastic cut at the student price felt like finding a secret gem! Huge thanks to Claire for making me feel fabulous!

I was told that the haircut I requested was an advanced one, and despite only being a level one stylist, Rachel knocked it out of the park. It did take a while, but that's okay because I am patient and she was taking her time to make sure I looked and felt my best, and boy do I. The services were also extremely affordable, being only $19 for a haircut, style, wash, facial, and massage. I was one pampered grunch.

Awesome experience! Love my hair and nails! Shampoo experience was so relaxing. My hair feels so soft and I love the wavy curls! My nails (gel) are perfect for fall and love the little flowers. Anaya was very confident in her services and will definitely go back!

I went in to get my original cut corrected by a level 3 stylist and she was incredible. Addison Lewis was patient and understanding knowing that I wasn’t happy with my original cut (done by a different student). She talked me through the issues with the cut and how she would recommend fixing it. She made me feel comfortable and optimistic that she could make the cut look good. She’s got a wonderful “chair side manner” and has a positive personality. I appreciated her every step of the way ensuring I was ok and happy with what she was doing. I believe she has a great career ahead of her.
