Bliss Nail Bar

My wife went in on Saturday, October 11th, at 10:30 a.m. to get her nails done for game day. Unfortunately, the manicure was poorly done, the gel coat had visible scratches and blemishes when finished, and the dip base layer was uneven along the cuticles and the spider web was ok i guess. We politely asked that they not charge for the manicure, as we were willing to pay for the pedicure and go elsewhere to have the nails redone. The staff said if we weren’t happy, they could remove the manicure and we wouldn’t have to pay. (So, we would’ve gone without color for the game.) They then offered to redo the nails if we paid now and came back at 10 a.m. Monday for a proper job. We agreed, but the redo turned out even worse than the original. The gel polish still had scratches, and the technician accidentally hit her nail with the file after finishing. We had also asked not to get a spider web on the second set. Both pictures below were taken within 30 minutes of completion, she didn’t damage them at all. It really feels like they care more about charging for services than ensuring quality work. We won’t be returning.

I love it here! I come here every month and there’s great service each time. John Wayne did my nails today and it was very good. He took his time to perfect the shaping and building of my nails and evrything. Destiny did my design and it was amazing! Very much reccomend!

First and last visit! Overall, it was a bad experience. My cuticles were bleeding during the manicure. I hope I don’t get a skin infection from the multiple cuts to my cuticles. Also, there are bubbles on the surface of my nails. Sigh.

This place treats you like royalty it was my first time and this will be officially my go-to place. LOUIS made my nails so beautiful and elegant. I highly recommend this place! They even serve delicious wine!! This place made me feel like I belonged here. Thank you for being respectful and kind to me

I’ve been going to Bliss Nail Salon every two weeks for gel manicures and pedicures over the last few months, but my last visit will be my last. The quality varies by nail tech, and this time my manicure was one of the worst I’ve had — nails cut unevenly, aqua gel applied so thin it was see-through, and it chipped within 72 hours. I’m very careful with aftercare, so this was disappointing. Attaching a photo taken in under a week. If you go, make sure to book with a tech you trust.
