Glamour Lash & Nails - Issaquah

For both dip powder nails I got, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! I could only come in at the end of the day (~4pm) and they were still very willing to do each of my nails a different color/design for a “treat-myself” nail service. The staff also were very kind in rescheduling/coordinating an appointment because of commuting difficulties. The nails lasted a good 6 weeks (probably more if I waited longer to remove?), didn’t chip or slide off, and felt really comfortable throughout. (Also they looked really cool holy crap 🔥)

I was visiting Seattle and needed my nails done before the work week, and after looking at a few places, I specifically chose this as it was rated well and and pictures looked great. However, my experience was different. Perhaps I didn't get one of their best specificalists? I have a thick cuticle which I have noted to the nail specialist and even after cleaning, I have pointed on the cuticle that was still there. The nail polish was also not done well. I was offered to stay for correction but let's be real, this was a regular manicure, nothing complex, and I didn't have the time to wait as i was catching a flight. Disappointed to say the least. Luckily I get nails done weekly, so have to bear with this for just a week.

Cute place. I appreciated them squeezing me in as I was a walk in. The pedicure was great and relaxing. I gave it a 3 stars because I was not too happy about my nails, they are cute but wish they didn't use clear acrylic and instead acrylic that was the nail bed color because I got French tips, it looks funny to see my real nail end before seeing the French tip. I was there for a little over 2 hours for my mani pedi and they didn't talk to much. Felt kind of tense, didn't feel to welcoming. For the price that I paid, felt like to much.

I got my nails done at Glamour Nails Lash & Spa on Thursday before I had my baby shower that very weekend. I had done a gel x manicure and a shellac pedicure. My pedicure went great, my manicure on the other hand - a different story. Within two days, I’ve had two nails pop off. I’ve done nothing differently in my normal routine and two nails came off. Now it is the night before my baby shower, and I’m frantically trying to find a new nail salon to remove all the nails and do a complete redo of my nails because I do not want any nails to come off.

I have been a customer for many years they know me and we have a very good professional relationship, so I thought I went in on Thursday all the lash techs know me but for some reason when she was done I felt my eyes burning cause she used so much glue and my lashes were long heavy which I never have gotten . She did not ask me if I wanted a different style. As a result I got an eye infection from the glue . Most horrible experience. I don’t think I will be going back my lashes look so bad they are hard from all the glue can’t even comb them out
