Sorella Salon & Spa

I’ve been going to Sorella for a few years now and I’ve worked with many stylists there. They are all good but non as good as Chyna. She was fantastic! She understood my hair and the color that would work for me, my skin tone and my life style. She walked me through what to expect with my cut. My hair is fine and curly and thinning and she styled it just right. I highly recommend her.

The haircuts from Zhen are amazing! Most hair stylists and barbers struggle with my hair because I have very wavy Asian hair that’s also coarse, thick and stiff. Zhen knew exactly what to do and handles it very well! She’s also super patient, detail oriented and gave a lot of advice on hair styling and hair care! She’s my go to person now for haircuts and I really recommend her! She will not disappoint!

I am beyond disappointed in this salon. I’ve had my hair done here for years but left last Friday and immediately cried in my car because of how bad the cut was. I reached out to the company twice and a week later I have heard no response. However I have received 4 text messages and 3 emails asking for a review. Since reviews seem to be what they care about most I am leaving mine. I asked for a shoulder length cut with layers and bangs that would help hide my thinning hair while being long enough to pull back from my face in a clip for work. I left with a very short cut that made me look like a circus clown. I can’t pull it back into a clip and can’t style it to hide my thinning hair line so I’m forced to wear a hat or head band which puts further tension on my hair causing more hair loss. I could clearly see on the faces of others in the salon how bad the cut was. About a minute after leaving the salon I got the first text for a review while I was sobbing in my car. I have been going to this salon and specific stylist for years. There’s no excuse for her not to have known how my hair would look with this cut. The salon always seemed to be a high end, stylish place but providing this type of cut and ignoring customer complaints is how they do business I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I've been going to Kelly for the past year for both my haircuts and color, and I can't recommend her enough! She always does an amazing job, and what truly makes her stand out is her ability to cut my hair exactly the way I envisioned in my head — almost like she can read my mind! Kelly is both super efficient and extremely detailed, and always gives me great advice on how to style my hair and take care of it after my appointment. Thanks Kelly!! 🫶🏽

Kathy did a amazing job. My highlights blend in very smooth into my root color. She’s patient and takes her time to do it right the first time . So many people rush through the process and then I end up having to get it corrected, with Kathy, had no issues , she made sure it was done the way I like it the first time. Everything was wonderful , except hair trim is way too expensive $95 for a trim, seems kinda overboard . Even if you want a touch up , it’s automatically $95 charge, next time I’ll know to skip that part. Hair salon was understanding and accommodating.
