I’ve gotten multiple lash tints at other spots before and it usually comes with some moderate stinging or burning but I experienced none of that here. I walked in 20 minutes early because I was already out and Mai was already prepared for me and was very sweet. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming which made me feel at ease. The atmosphere was very comfortable but elevated and it was a super enjoyable experience for me- I left feeling ecstatic. I will definitely be coming back and already recommended their location to multiple friends and family members. They also gave me a holiday gift in the form of $50 off any skin service, which is incredibly generous considering it was my first time visiting. Super happy with their services!
