Sam hits it on the nail with every design I show her!!! I can say after coming here consistently for a year, this is hands down this salon can do any design you throw at them. I show Sam a picture of the design I want and she literally replicates every single time. I have never meet a nail tech or another nail salon that can do an intricate design in at the speed/caliber and precision. Not to mention for the price of a refill + design - GIRL... ITS THE BEST PRICES. Pally and Nam is great as well! I always recommend making an appointment and showing them ahead of time what design so they can accurately fit in time in your you.

[Update]: After giving it some thought, I stopped in and spoke with them about my dissatisfaction and was met with listeners. Anthony fixed my shape and did an amazing job! They look like a fresh set ! Old review I gave this salon another chance, and have been going consistently, but unfortunately this is the second visit where my overlay was shaped sloppily/poorly and the tech had issues with squaring them out because of application. My skin was cut multiple times, and filed and buffed raw and the design was poorly executed. Really wanted to get in the Christmas spirit but this took a lot of it. If I didn’t have dinner plans I would have soaked them off again. But instead I left disappointed and underwhelmed…

Pally is wonderful, respectful time and kind. The place itself is clean and they always offer you a drink when you come in. This is my first time getting my nails after almost 2 years, I’m really happy I picked this place and poly specifically, highly recommend!

This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I showed them a clear picture of exactly what I wanted — and told them it was for my engagement the next day. What I got looks NOTHING like the picture. The nails they did are so thin and transparent that you can literally see the glue, the nail number, and even the inside of the nail through it! When I politely asked if they could add one more layer, they told me, “We always do cat-eye design with one coat,” and refused to fix it. When I said I wasn’t happy, the worker got extremely rude and told me to pay and leave or she would call the police! I asked her if she would pay $150 for nails like this for her own engagement — she said yes and still kicked me out. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. I wasted my time, money, and energy the day before my engagement. If you care about quality, kindness, or even basic respect, DO NOT come here

I booked an appointment online which was efficient. The shop is conveniently located. I was referred to Sam by a friend. Needless to say, I will be back. Sam, did my nails perfectly and shaped each nail flawlessly. I love neutral colors and she recommended a beautiful accrylic and gel polish combo. Another young lady did my pedicure and she was professional and had great hospitality.
