⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to Anzhel for my nails, and she’s absolutely amazing! She’s detailed, gentle, and always makes my nails look perfect. She takes her time to make sure everything is done right and that I leave happy every time. Her work lasts so long and she’s super clean and professional. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful, long-lasting nails and a relaxing experience! 💅✨

I came in asking for a simple builder gel fill, but the tech persuaded me into getting Gel-X, insisting it would look “more natural.” I explained that I wanted short, milky-white nails with soft square edges, and what I ended up with couldn’t have been further from that. My nails came out bulky, streaky, and uneven, with sharp edges that look and feel unfinished. When I expressed concern, I was told the issue was “the color I chose,” which felt dismissive instead of helpful. The staff became defensive and borderline aggressive, and I felt extremely uncomfortable asking for any changes. I ultimately just paid and left—only to now have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. For the price they charge, I expected quality and professionalism. Instead, they overpriced and under-delivered, and I won’t be returning.

Over promised, under delivered, and over priced for the quality & customer service. I just moved to the area a week ago and was looking for a new nail salon to start going to. I saw pictures online showing some art similar to what I was looking for so I was excited! I called and they fit me right in. My appt was for 12:30, I got there at 12:25, but I had to wait until 12:50 to be seen. I asked for one nail tech but was told a diy nail tech Katie was the one to do the design I wanted. The design I wanted was $150 but after reading reviews of them saying nail techs can do certain styles but others being disappointed, I opted to do something a little simpler since this was my first time and I just wanted to see how something easier would come out before doing something a bit more intricate. Not only did Katie get an attitude bc I wanted to try something cheaper first but she huffed and puffed and gave me attitude the whole time AND didn't do my nails the way I asked. I was told to show a picture and I was told they were 100% sure she could do it, YET my nails look nothing like the picture. I hate my nails and hate even more that I paid almost $100 to be completely dissatisfied! When she was done and she was "massaging" and putting lotion/oil on my hands, she didn't even bother wipe the debris that you everywhere off so it was very gritty and gross! Take heed to these negative reviews! They are spot on regarding service and talent at this shop.

I went here for a gel pedi and dip mani - they did a great job! Anzhel specifically - she did my nails and I love them. She’s so meticulous/pays close attention to detail (which I love), and was helpful in making sure I was getting what I wanted. Will definitely return!

Absolutely love the service here! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. I showed the nail tech my inspo pic and she absolutely nailed it (no pun intended). Definitely recommend coming here!
