Koncept Nail Spa

This was my first time at Koncept and I was not disappointed! Kammy is absolutely amazing! She gave me the most flawless hard gel nails that are perfectly shaped. The French tip design she did for my mani and pedi was elegant and neat. The attention to detail was on point and she made sure everything was done with precision. The overall experience was super relaxing and enjoyable. Will be coming back!

Absolutely love this place!!! Highly recommend. I’ve gotten pedicures and manicures here and they always come out so great. All the nail techs are incredible and most recently I had Ken who did a perfect job on my builder gel refill (see pictures). It’s super easy to make an appointment (I usually call) and they seat you right away after you arrive. The environment is also very welcoming, with ample seating at both pedi and mani stations (just an overall bigger space for a nail salon which I prefer). There’s a parking garage connected to the salon with a lot of parking spaces. Go to Koncept for your next nail set!!

I absolutely love my nails every time I come here. The staff is incredible and I am a huge fan of Ken in particular. They do a wonderful job and my nails always last.

Just had such a great experience at Koncept Nail Spa! The place is super clean, relaxing, and really pretty inside. Lots of great color options. Kammy did my manicure and she was amazing — super detailed, friendly, and made sure everything looked perfect. Tina did my sister’s pedicure who was also super happy. Everyone there was welcoming and the whole visit felt really easy and comfortable. I left feeling totally refreshed. Definitely recommend Kammy and Tina if you go.

It’s been 2 years since I started going here with my family. The service was mediocre, but I saw how other people—known or regular customers—were being treated, so I decided to be patient and see if they would eventually give us better service. I went several times, but after my last visit, I will never go back. My mom, sister, and I all asked for the same service, which we confirmed with the front desk when we walked in. But we all got completely different treatments. The service we requested and the one we received were not the same. On top of that, each of us received something different—even though we all asked for the same thing. They can’t even do French tips, which is really disappointing. They focus way too much on the money and bring it up multiple times. If I didn’t have money, I wouldn’t be there. If they feel like certain people won’t pay, they should ask for a deposit or upfront payment before providing the service instead of making customers feel uncomfortable. It seems like they have trust issues. As far as I know, in business, the customer is always right—even if they’re wrong, you’re supposed to listen first. But they don’t do that. We paid $140 each—and believe me, our nails came out crooked and bulky. The service wasn’t even worth $70. They don’t treat all customers equally or fairly. I won’t be going back, and I think other people need to know what to expect before coming here.
