2024-05-06I stopped by on a whim and got my nails done here. The atmosphere was great and people were nice, but the actual service was terrible. I am not happy with my nails at all and I’m not very picky. I got dip and the base of some of my nails were applied to my cuticle so they’re lifting and there’s a white spot on one . They were not filed great so they’re all uneven on the top yet oddly flat and dip inward where my fingertips end. They didn’t go to the sidewalls of my nails either and looks weird. I asked for pink French and cherries and asked a couple of times to make the cherries bigger and the stems longer and they did like the slightest bit I couldn’t even tell they were any bigger but I didn’t want to keep asking over and over. On top of just not being happy with my nails- they were $93 with tip. For dip. They charge for length, shape, drip, French, and cherries. I expected to pay extra for nail art and maybe the French but not to shape and apply a tip. For $93 I would expect flawless nails and it looks like someone just starting out did them. Edit to add one just chipped. I got them done 4 days ago.
