2025-08-23The salon is extremely clean and spacious as well as glamourous. I saw Hannah who was really friendly and really sweet! I had a more interesting design request as well as a picture for inspiration and she really stepped up and made it happen:) she made sure I was comfortable with the length, colors, and designs we chose. Her skill level and speed was a 10/10 as well! After trying out 4-5 different salons in Knoxville, I think I found the place I'll continue going to! The woman at check in was really sweet, too. She regularly checked in on everyone in the shop. The color selection was huge also. I can't wait to go back for my next service :)

2025-12-18Lucy did my nails and she was amazing. I’m from out of town and felt welcomed right away. Pricing was very reasonable (around $80 for a full set with builder gel and cat eye). Everyone was kind from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend!

2025-12-12I had a really good experience with my appointment. The lady was gentle when I had told her I had sensitive cuticles and she use gentle tools and was very friendly and patient. The atmosphere was very pleasant and clean. I’m very pleased with my nails and appointment especially since I’m visiting from Georgia. I will definitely come back when I visit Knoxville again.

2025-07-05I absolutely love this place! They just opened a week ago, and you can tell they’ve truly thought of everything. The attention to detail, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were exceptional. The quality of both my manicure and pedicure was honestly the best I’ve ever had. David did an amazing job—hands down the most precise and relaxing pedicure I’ve ever received. And they really hit the jackpot with Katie! She greeted me warmly the moment I walked in, checked in on me several times throughout my visit, and even helped me pick the perfect color. Her friendliness and attentiveness made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a new nail salon that goes above and beyond, this is it. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
