LA LA NAILS

I’ve been coming to LalaNails for a while now, and Tim never disappoints! He always does a fabulous job—his attention to detail and professionalism are top-notch. My nails come out perfect every time, and I always leave feeling pampered and happy. Highly recommend Tim and the whole team at LalaNails!

I’ve been coming to lala for YEARS but here recently they’ve been blowing me away. I’m just so thrilled with the set Andre did yesterday that they deserve a million stars. They always go above and beyond whether I’m a walk-in because I broke my nail or if I have an appointment. I’ve seen quite a few on the artists there and they never disappoint. Definitely recommend Andre and Peter

I went in for a routine pedicure, and all was going well until the nail tech started to scrub my feet with the pumice stone. He started to scrape the top part of my feet and around my ankles with no explanation on why he was doing this. It was stinging really badly, but I was too embarrassed to say anything to the tech as there was a bit of a language barrier, but I repeatedly jerked away from it. I didn’t notice any distinct marks on my feet at first, just a little redness that is typical with hot towels and other pedicure services… that is, until that night when I saw cuts pop up all over my feet and a burning sensation to the touch, and it has only gotten worse over the past couple days. I visited the salon today to let them know what happened and to show them my feet expecting them to be concerned or apologetic, but instead, they turned the blame on me for not telling him he was hurting my feet. Obviously hindsight is 20/20, but you would hope that a salon would take something like this seriously as cuts and scrapes can lead to serious infections. I had to go back and forth with them and advocate for myself while they passed my phone around to other techs looking at the photos. I finally convinced them to give me my money back after they continually refused and suggested a gift card, and I’m beyond embarrassed that I had to become a “Karen” when they didn’t take the issue seriously. I for sure won’t be coming back, but I hope they learn from this experience to improve their safety but also just basic customer service. I will say, I think my experience was a one-off, and one of the girls I spoke to about my concerns was so kind and understanding. I want to give credit to her for making me feel heard.

Been going to LaLa for a long time and have always been very happy with the work. Joyce is my current tech, but any of the others are very capable if she s not available.

Got my nails done on Thursday the 29th and not even a whole week later (Tuesday) I have 4 that popped off. I was not doing anything crazy I was putting my sock on and two popped off. I called to have someone different do my nails, but she said the same person would have to do them and I told her no because he didn’t even do them right in the first place. I told him he wasn’t doing my nails right and all he kept saying it be okay it be okay. Then I told the front when I paid and they didn’t do anything either. So I told them that I would pay to have these taken off and a whole new set and make an appointment with Lee. They can’t do that they said! I called again just wanting to make an appointment with Lee and they refuse! Horrible customer service.
