Allure Nails & Spa Ballantyne

****UPDATE - Original Appt was on 12/12, I went in today and the Owner/Manager took care of me!!! Fixed not only one nail but did all of them. He didn't have to but did to make it right. That shows a lot about how great this place is. I highly recommend Allure Nails 💅 *** Had an appointment on Friday December 12th @ 7 p.m. I was 15 min early and got right in with a technician. It wasn't the best SNS I've ever had and had a few chip and 1 break a little 9 days in. I originally didn't give this place a 5 star but I have since changed my review b/c the Owner/Manager reticfied the situation promptly. I couldn't be happier with how they turned out the 2nd time. They also gave me a little gift along with their other customers. Great customer service and treatment 💅🎉❤️

We had a great time with our manicure and the place was clean and the stylist was knowledgeable. We booked for group and enjoyed our time at the salon.

“Good salon, nice massage chair” - it was my first opinion after champagne what I drink here. I did here manicure and pedicure. But when I checked my hands, it was scratched nails and still cuticles on hands and legs. When I showed it other master fixed it for free and pointed hand nail varnish and now after few days when varnish started go out, I can see my damaged nail and need to go in another place to do something with it. Not recommended this salon for man manicure

Absolutely LOVED my experience here. Nini did a fantastic job. My cuticles have never felt so amazing and the shaping is perfection. Highly recommend!!!
