Rock Star service!!!! I love Sen and Kelly. Sen gave my husband and enviable manicure/pedicure. Holy moly. I have been to so many nail salons in Charlotte and this one is a homerun! All the services you want AND personality. Do not miss!

First visit and I will most definitely be coming back. Had a pedicure (black diamond), nail shape was awesome, nail color very pretty, friendly staff and great atmosphere. Sen was the best, she helped me relax during my pedicure while gently reminding me to be present in the moment. Massage was great & Sen also recommended a product to use on my toes as my natural nail bed color was starting to change.

Kim is absolutely amazing! She takes such care as she works with her clients. I had the “cat eye” technique done for an upcoming wedding. I showed her a photo of my dress and she was able to match the polish perfectly. Also, this is a very clean, organized and professional establishment. Prices are about 10% less than the salon I frequently went to. Thank you so much Kim!

this place was an amazing place to go too, it came out really beautiful. I would definitely be coming back here! Me and my daughter came here as first time customers and they gave us a gift bag, prices are definitely affordable, I will be recommending this to many people! the people who worked on my nails were Sen, Emmy and my daughter had Kong, Meiji they came out amazing.

Update: And this is why I hate for businesses to pressure you to complete a review all while STILL sitting there being serviced… So check this out…The very NEXT DAY this polish peeled off of several fingers. I contacted Emmy to tell her what was happening and I also provided pics to her. I could hear the frustration in her voice/not because the nails had peeled but pretty much that I was reaching out to complain. She told me to come in…I was there in little over an hour. When I arrived I explained to the gentleman at the counter what was happening, and he looked at my nails and made a comment in his native tongue to Emmy. As Emmy starts walking towards me she’s like “have a seat I will repair the couple of nails”. Huh?! I’m explaining to her that all of them are peeling and I’d rather she just take it off and do something much much simpler; ATP I’m feeling like maybe she’s not capable of such a complex design. She was not happy and began speaking in her native tongue again to the gentleman. She then stated “this happened because they didn’t dry all the way through or you put your hands in water”. I’m like ok, but you are the nail tech and you are the one the tells me when and for how long to keep my hands under the lamp to dry AND AM I NEVER SUPPOSED TO PUT MY HANDS IN WATER?!. At this point she is still trying to convince me that she can just repaint over them. This was not an option as I stated LAYERS of this gel polish was peeling off. Besides I didn’t want the design anymore because it did not look the same after starting to peel and I had this design specifically done for a very important event AND I PAID A PRETTY PENNY FOR IT! So she finally agrees to another design/much much simpler. I ask will I be refunded the difference; she hesitated again speaking in her native tongue and then responding to me with a sigh and a yes. She proceeded with taking off the peeling gel/aggressively working with my hands/and explaining to me the whole time that it wasn’t all the way dry and if I had put my hands in water that’s what made it peel. So now I’m super confused, because am I not supposed to be able to put my hands in water after spending 160+ on my nails?! But anyway, she repolished my nails with a much much simpler design and while doing so the gentleman comes over and slides a gift card to me for $20. Of course I’m like “GIFT CARD 🤔”?!, I’d much rather my money back AND MORE THAN JUST $20 as I said the new design was much MUCH simpler and the previous design cost $60. However, I was not there to argue my point or cause chaos…I just let her complete the much MUCH SIMPLER design/took the gift card that could ONLY be used there and I left. Needless to say, I have not returned and more than likely will never use the gift card. So I really didn’t get refunded anything. I honestly hate this happened because they were really nice ppl initially and my initial design was perfect. BUT customer service is everything and when you are a well paying customer it means a lot to be treated accordingly; and really just as a customer in general you should be treated with respect and understanding. I literally tipped everyone (3 ppl) that touched either my hands or feet their 20%, which I always feel is fair in any situation because a service was provided. Just disappointing that I didn’t get the same consideration as expected. ——————————————— Such a wonderful experience!!! From the moment I walked in Tom was VERY welcoming and greeted me with a smile and ready to get to work. He introduced me to the staff that would be working with me and made sure to offer a refreshment. I must say that everyone had smiles and were so kind; you could tell THEY WERE HAPPY TO BE AT WORK! My pedicure service was provided by Rose and my nail service was provided by Emmy. Both PHENOMENAL (See pics). The facility is super clean and neat. They even have a refreshment bar for patrons to sit and enjoy. I just love how kind everyone is. They are committed to making sure you have a relaxing experience. I’m referring all of my family and friend.
