I had an incredible experience with Le and Ellie when I stopped in! I was greeted at the front and enjoyed perusing all the options! Prices are competitive and they really can do ANY design! I was ecstatic about my icy blue cat eye and I'll absolutely be returning. So nice to have found a spot I can keep coming back to!

First time at Nails First and I was treated like a regular! Ellie did an awesome job. She was patient, creative with the trying different designs to achieve the look, and flexible in helping me find the right color when my first choice didn’t work out. The service was great, and the salon itself was spotless and welcoming. Overall, an excellent experience, and I’ll definitely be back again! Thank you!!

Nails first has friendly staff and talent! They take their time and are all friendly. I’ve been to other salons and always felt just like another customer but here i don’t! Only place I’ll go! Alice did so good with the shape and color. She made sure my nails would stay healthy.

I am so in love with my nails and am so happy with my whole experience at Nails First! I’ve tried many salons around the Twin Cities, and none of them compare to the quality of customer service I received here. It was my first time visiting, and I almost didn’t go because of some older reviews. I’m so glad I trusted my instincts instead. The salon is under new ownership—Brandon and Le—and it’s clear they really care about what they’re building. The vibe is warm, professional, and super welcoming. I had only booked a pedicure online (a little last-minute treat to cheer myself up), but when I got there, I mentioned I had thought about getting a manicure too. Even though closing time was around the corner, they told me they’d be happy to fit it in. I was honestly so surprised—most salons wouldn’t go out of their way like that, yet alone for a full gel x set. Le and Ellie took care of my pedicure and manicure, and I couldn’t be more pleased. They didn’t rush, they engaged in thoughtful conversation, and they treated me with such gentleness and kindness—asking me to adjust my hands or feet instead of tugging or rushing like I’ve experienced at other salons. I felt truly seen and cared for. The salon itself is beautiful—recently remodeled, super clean, and relaxing. They even offered me a glass of rosé! I left feeling so happy and taken care of—and totally obsessed with how my nails turned out. I was so happy with my experience, I actually asked for fliers so I could share with friends, family, and neighbors. If you’re looking for a new salon that combines amazing service, great technicians, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, definitely give Nails First a try!

Went not expecting much. Simply wanted to remove my old acrylics and get a new set will gel polish. The second I walked in they were very kind and attentive. I showed them my terrible cuticles and a reaction my skin was having to chemicals from my last manicure. Le suggested instead of acrylic that she do a new gel nail method that would be less harmful to my nails and better to heal my skin. She was so careful to remove old nails and very concerned for not damaging my already damaged nails and skin. The polish they have is very beautiful and they immediately made me feel happy and welcomed. She set me up with an aftercare appointment to check on my cuticles and make sure my healing process is good. Even when checking out they made sure to schedule me on their discounted Tuesday. I felt from the beginning they had my best interest at hand. This is DEFINITELY my new nail place.
