2025-11-02Highly recommend. We were in the cities to for a milestone birthday celebration weekend for my Bride. We spent one of the day's at Emerald City with the All Day Escape package and they made sure we had a great couples Spa experience. They were so great to work with! Very reachable and worked to accommodate our needs. I was delighted by the staff, it resulted in a very memorable weekend and we will certainly be back for more.

2025-12-05100% recommend coming here for spa services, I felt so relaxed after. I got a massage and everyone was so welcoming and kind! Opened the door for me when I arrived, provided snacks and water while I waited (which was only like a minute!). Not to mention the incredibly relaxing atmosphere of the warm tables, calming music and fragrances. I was skeptical about it being in the skyway, but it is very private and quiet. Phet was so nice and talented!

2025-10-03Massage: DeLayne has the BEST medium-firm touch (my preference) but was great about checking in on the pressure. I think she would be amazing at deep tissue if you are looking for it. She's got a pleasant personality as well. I enjoyed our conversation and would request her again if I am in the area.
