Friendly Nails

These folks seriously saved me! They fixed a dip set I had done somewhere else and they were so kind, checked to make sure I’d like it at every step and did a fantastic job. I’m allergic to gel so I have to do dip, and they were so kind about me changing the top coat at the end. Very reasonable prices, kind people and a clean atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve been here one other time and had an amazing experience, my sister also goes here and enjoys it. I went yesterday to get a pedicure for a part today, the total with tip was $60, so for the nails not to be done correctly is upsetting. I didn’t notice how bad it looked until after I got home and was able to really look at them. She didn’t remove the paint on the sides after paining the nails and she didn’t fill all the nail in either. She also made it look very cakey on a few nails. I also wasn’t aware that they charge $5 extra to remove gel nails, I wasn’t told that before they started. I understand why it’s charged but I wasn’t told about it beforehand. I’m going to have to re do my nails before the event so it was a wasted $60.

First time coming here after reading positive reviews and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The color I picked ran out halfway through, and when I asked if I should pick another one similar to complete the pedicure they said no there was enough to finish. The results that ensued were worse than if I had painted my nails at home. I sat under the drier for 10-15 minutes, but probably due to the liquid they mixed into the empty nail polish bottle to finish my pedicure didn’t allow that nail to dry. Hours later the big toe was still not set with it peeling back and bubbling up being the result. I asked for a partial refund as I had paid via Venmo and live out of state (can’t go back to get it fixed), the store declined.

I am pretty indecisive, but the stylists at friendly nails were so welcoming and answered my questions thoroughly without making me feel rushed. They checked with me throughout to make sure I still liked what I had asked for which was so thoughtful. They also kept a nice conversation that made me feel comfortable.

Henry is amazing! Every time I show him a nail design I like, he does it EXACTLY how I like it! All of the staff are super friendly and are always checking in throughout the nail process to see if I like the length, shape, color etc.
