Highly recommend this place to have your nails done! All the staff are so helpful and understanding. I got a gel manicure done and it started to lift in a few days. I came in after 2 weeks and the manager was so kind to have the nails that were lifting redone, free of cost. Turns out my nails require double prepping and they noted it down in my account. Jessica, my nail tech, is super talented with nail art and could easily replicate designs I showed her pictures of, and also suggest tweaks when asked. Overall, great vibes and super sweet staff.

Let me start my saying the staff is very nice and the place is clean and well organized. I never get my nails done but needed them for an event. I was a walk in and asked for a basic gel French manicure and they assigned me a trainee, but after she was struggling for a while I was transferred to another tech. The trainee they assigned was incapable of performing in the service I requested. The tech they transferred me to could not do a clean French either but was better than the trainee. I ended up paying $100 for my nails which are quite sloppy and uneven. Very disappointed in the quality of service here especially for the price. The team is very clearly trying their best and was incredibly patient but the pricing here does not match the quality of service.

I visited this salon for a cat-eye manicure with builder gel, as they don’t offer dip. While the service was fine overall, the final result wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. At $115 plus tip, The price was twice what I paid at my previous salon (I recently moved to MSP) for the same service, and unfortunately I didn’t love the outcome as much. I was informed that the cat-eye effect carries a $20 upcharge, and that longer natural nails may be an additional ~$10 for next time. However, the finished look appeared more glittery than cat-eye. I also requested a coffin/ballerina shape and when the tech asked specifically, I described a tapered, narrow shape with a flat top but the shaping feels inconsistent. On a positive note, I previously had a pedicure here with a different technician and really enjoyed that experience. While it was on the pricier side, the designs felt worth it. I would consider returning for a pedicure, but will likely explore other salons.

I have been seeing Kenzie since this summer and she is great. I’m always really impressed with her creativity. My SIL has also gotten 2 sets by Rook who is excellent as well

This is my 3rd time getting my nails done in this salon and every single time I’ve had an amazing service, nails ALWAYS come out looking AMAZING, Julie never disappoints.
