2025-10-31Bao did an absolutely wonderful job! I had my nails done in this style at a different nail salon that was completely wrong. Bao was so kind and followed the picture that I showed him exactly to fix my nails and now I absolutely love them! Very good chrome too. I 100% recommend coming here to see Bao!

2025-10-18Update: The nails popped off very easily just 2-5 days later which I have never had happen with Gel X at other salons, and unfortunately, the salon was closed early when I arrived on Thursday to see if the missing ones could be redone. This was my first time at this salon, and Leah was fantastic! She was super friendly, gentle on my cuticles, did a great job with my Gel X nails, and perfectly achieved the silver chrome look and almond shape I wanted! I would definitely go back to her in the future.

The technician over-filed my natural nail so badly that it became damaged and painful, and another salon confirmed the injury was caused during this visit. When I contacted the salon, they were dismissive and more concerned about money than accountability. I’m not asking for a refund — I just want people to be aware of how careless the service was and how poorly the situation was handled afterward. Hopefully, they take this as a warning to train their staff better before someone else gets hurt.
