2025-11-26Gel mani was $41.20 and looked like this. My nail tech was nice; however, when I pointed out that the polish had pooled in the edges of my nails from the excess amount she put on, she didn’t offer to fix it. I had just taken off my acrylics so my nails were a bit thin, but to me that was no excuse for a poor polish job. I will not be going back.

The salon is bright and clean, and the employees are nice and very welcoming. Julie did a fantastic job doing my pedicure. 10/10 will be coming back and requesting her for services.

2025-04-18I usually love coming to Luxury Nail Spa, and I’ve had great experiences in the past. Today, I came in without an appointment — totally on me — and they were kind enough to fit me in. I really appreciated that. However, the service felt rushed, and unfortunately, it showed in the results. Some areas of my nails were left untouched, and a few nails ended up noticeably longer than others. I completely understand being busy, but I believe quality shouldn’t be compromised. I left feeling disappointed this time around, which is a shame because this has always been one of my go-to spots.

2024-05-13Hello! So first off, the atmosphere of the nail salon is awesome.. very clean, very nice people but the work is horrible! So First Lady started my nails and she cut me twice! Once from filing and once from drilling.. then she put my nails on cricked and I asked her to fix them and she said she was going to file them.. after a couple files I moved to another worker because apparently she didn’t know what she was doing. I move to the next lady, she tried but the work is just horrible. I stayed until past closing just to get French tip with diamonds. At first she tried to charge me 80$ which is a Ridiculous price, anywho we went back and fourth and I ended up paying 50$ something dollars! I won’t be going back!
