Melisa did an absolutely amazing job. The pedicure was meticulous and relaxing, and the blood-red chrome gel manicure is flawless and stunning. Truly beautiful work. The massage by Eduardo was exceptional. He is incredibly skilled and intuitive, and I left feeling relaxed and restored. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

The salon is spotless, offers a wide range of services, and every tech I’ve encountered has been skilled, professional, and welcoming. I’m always greeted with a refreshment, and they check in throughout my appointment to make sure I’m comfortable and happy. Melisa is truly exceptional. She’s an artist with an incredible eye for detail—better than any tech I’ve been to in the last 20 years. She replicates every inspo photo I bring with precision, creativity, and impressive speed. Booking is always easy, and I’ve never had to wait once I arrive for my appointment. If you’re looking for a salon that exceeds expectations and delivers an above-and-beyond experience, this is the place to go in Miami. She put so much care and effort into every detail, and finished everything in a timely manner. I was blown away! Few months ago I had an appointment with Claudia, expecting professional service. Unfortunately, she had an attitude from the very beginning : cold, distant, and clearly not open to any feedback. Within just 30 minutes, she kept checking her watch and seemed in a rush. It became obvious that she hadn't managed her schedule properly and was looking for an excuse to stop the service halfway so she wouldn't be late for her next clients. And yet, I was polite, calm, and only made a few kind suggestions about how I wanted my nails to look like. Suddenly, she decided to refuse to continue the work with no real explanation. The manager, who witnessed the situation, got angry with her and told me he was fed up with her unbearable attitude. He apologized several times and moved me to another nail tech. Unfortunately someone who couldn't achieve the shape I asked for. The result was a botched set of nails that looks nothing like what I wanted. And for all that? Just 10% off. Completely unacceptable for such a disappointing experience. Left: what I asked for Right: what I got My advice: skip this salon and go to an independent nail tech. Someone truly passionate about their craft who takes the time to do quality work. Most salons like this just rush through clients with a factory-like mindset, with no care for detail or client satisfaction.
