Very bad experience. Today my mom and I went to this salon for a balayage style, bringing clear reference photos and the exact hair tone she wanted. We were told the service would cost $350. What followed was absolute madness. We were at the salon from 2:30 PM until 11:20 PM — almost 9 hours sitting there because the staff did not follow instructions and worked carelessly. They completely ruined her hair. Instead of the color she asked for, they left her fully blonde, which was the complete opposite of what she wanted — and it wasn’t even a nice blonde, it had a greenish tone. What is extremely upsetting is that they tried to convince her that it looked good when she clearly did not like it. As a client, you pay for a service and your wishes should be respected. At 7:45 PM, they had to apply another dye to try to match the color she originally asked for. During the washing process, there were two workers handling her hair, and one of them was pulling her hair aggressively, causing even more damage. After the second process, her hair became severely damaged. Even though they cut it “to remove the damaged parts,” you can clearly see they left it much worse. The ends are extremely dry, the hair is burned, and she has bangs — which they burned as well. To make things even worse, at the end they charged us $400, not the $350 originally quoted. This was a terrible experience. If you cannot meet your clients’ expectations, do not accept a service you are not capable of performing. I will never recommend this place. They damaged her hair badly; it now breaks easily, and after an exhausting 8-hour process, she will need a long time for her hair to recover. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Berta has been doing my nails for over 10 years, and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else! I’m a perfectionist, and my nail and toe shape can be tricky to work with — yet she always manages to completely transform them every single time. Her attention to detail is unmatched; she’s a true perfectionist herself. I always go for a natural look, and for me, the cuticles are the most important part of my mani and pedi. Berta always takes her time to clean and shape them perfectly — I leave feeling so fresh and polished every visit. Even though I drive almost 1.5 hours from Pembroke Pines/Broward just to see her, it’s absolutely worth it every time. Thank you, Berta, for your amazing work, consistency, and care over the years. You’re the best! 💅✨

I don't like leaving negative reviews but this was a huge letdown that also cost a lot of money. My hotel was nearby and I needed to get my nails done. Came here because of the high rating. Was hugely disappointed. I don't know if the lady who did my nails really had proper manicurist's training. I said I wanted my nails short. She filed and filed. Down to the skin. It became painful. Tools were not sanitized beforehand as they were just laying around. Nail polish was applied very thickly and became bumpy. They couldn't find two of the three colors I requested. Her arm massage at the end was very painful and days later my arms still hurt. The whole manicure took forever. I just wanted to get out of there. Then, the lady at checkout didn't understand my tip amount correctly (would have liked to leave no tip but owner and 'manicurist' hovered over me). In the end, I was charged $56.38. And first nail peeled 12 days later. Terrible. I pay $40 at my salon in Houston; that includes an alcoholic beverage and nails last 3 weeks. I learned my lesson!

Went for a haircut. Jay took great attention and care of me I am very satisfied with his work. The only thing that caught me off guard was I was told over the phone $30, but then charged $35 after my cut.

My classic lashes look stunning and very fluttery. They complement my face perfectly. I also got nails add to enhance my set. Everything was done with great care.
