Neroli Med Spa & Beauty Lounge

To be honest, I haven't visited this establishment but my informational needs were 100% met. My rating is based solely on the website and the amazing service I literally imagined in my head I'd receive there as I was browsing this website. Surprisingly, most sites I visited prior to Neroli only listed the treatments offered without explaining what some really weird looking words (treatment options) meant. This website not only organized the treatments by area of the body and options for that area, but it also gave detailed descriptions for each treatment option to help anyone figure out what kind of service is needed and how to best utilize your treatment options. To go above and beyond, the website gave users a short but sweet timeline on what to expect, how long it takes/lasts, pre and post care... I was so impressed that I didn't have to ask AI or Google to help me understand. Bravo for such a user friendly and informative website. Danielle

I’ve been going to Neroli for over five years, and I can’t recommend them enough. As a nurse, cleanliness and professionalism are very important to me, and Neroli consistently exceeds my expectations. I’ve had chemical peels, HydraFacials, microneedling, and several other treatments—all with excellent results. Their product line is also wonderful; I love that everything feels luxurious and well-formulated. Arlene is absolutely amazing—knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about her clients. Lauren treated me like a million dollars. I received a Botox consult and treatment.She never made me feel stupid. She explained everything. She made me feel So comfortable. The whole vibe and environment at Neroli Spa was kind , respectful and made me feel welcome. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Facilities were nice, was able to get an infrared sauna session while i was visiting. Unfortunately sauna barely got up to 130 degrees but still got a little sweat in. This was definitely expensive for what you get and pricing was not explained clearly. Definitely would not booked if i knew what i would be charged.
