Happy Nails

Amazing experience. I ask for Ms. Lisa and I’ve only gotten my nails done by her each time and she does great.

Jolie was so kind and considerate while doing my gel x set! She made sure I was happy every step of the way and exceeded expectations. Plus, she loves Taylor Swift so we bonded over that. After spending a lot more at other salons for work I wasn’t super happy with I’m so glad I found her. My nails are so cute!!!

Just left this salon and overall it was a disappointing experience. The AC was broken, which made it uncomfortable, and I was told to sit and flip through about 20 different books to choose a color. Once it was clear I was frustrated, one of the staff members did step in to help, which I appreciated. When the nail tech came to get me, I wasn't quite ready but went anyway and randomly picked two colors. As I was explaining the look I wanted, she kept telling me how she didn’t like yellow rather than helping me figure out the best option. I ended up choosing pink with a white tip. After removing my old polish, I told her I prefer a square shape, not rounded corners. She seemed annoyed and insisted my nails were round when I arrived. I explained that they had dulled over time and showed her the shape I wanted. Even after showing her exactly how I like my French tips, I still wasn’t happy with the end result and she knew it. The customer service was poor and there was little effort to actually listen or work with me.

Happy Nails is the best and I’ve tried a lot of nail places in Cville. Dani is my nail tech and she always does a superb job. Various techs do my pedicure and it’s always a great experience. They pay attention to detail and focus on the client!! Thanks Happy Nails!!
