2025-08-22I’ve been going to Linda since for over 10 years now, and she has always treated me right! Whether I wanted something simple or something a bit more complex, she got me. This nail shop caters to their customers! They have complimentary drinks, warm towels after you’re serviced, and the prices are definitely fair.

2025-10-09I’ve been going here for quite some time but the guy that sits in booth 2 has messed my nails up the last two times I came. Last time all the polish peeled off. Today I told him that the arch in my French was too low and he continued to do what he wanted to do. I never have a cheap ticket when I come here and I tip but the service I got today made me never want to go back. I complained to the owner and she had no options to satisfy ME the PAYING customer. Nails looking like I’m 60 years old.

2025-09-17New to the area came to try their services, not sure what technique was used but I woke the next morning to my nail color peeling off!! Bubbles formed and peeling on the edges of some of my fingers!! Politely back at the shop was given a hard time now I’m waiting !! Do not come here!!!

2025-08-30I had my nails done here and the polish started peeling the same day. When I went back, I explained that the color was defective and asked for it to be changed. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me I would have to pay extra for a new color and only offered to patch over the faulty polish. They even blamed me, saying I didn’t put my hands in the gel lamp properly ; which should have been the technician’s responsibility. When I refused their unreasonable “fix” and raised my voice out of frustration, they flat out refused to help me at all. A reputable salon should stand behind their work, not blame the customer and try to charge them again. Very unprofessional experience I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend this salon.
