The Nail Spa

Typically I have a 4 star time at The Nail Spa, but on 8/20/25 I had a 2-3 star experience. My female nail tech was unhappy that I would not get more waxed, a more expensive pedicure, and a more expensive manicure. To be clear, I didn’t get the bottom level of any of these services, so I didn’t appreciate being pushed so much. My toenails look good, but the polish isn’t even (no free foot pics). However, I paid for an organic pedicure, which includes 20 min of hot stone massage and my friend next to me paid for a lavender pedicure, which includes 10 min of massage. Our massages took the same time. My nails are the sad story here. I had to ask for the tech to cover my entire nail, as the bottom and side of each nail bed was left empty. It has left my $30 nails looking like I painted them myself. I am disappointed in the service I received this time, but other times have been more pleasant.

Sam and the rest of the Nail Techs are amazing, really nice and friendly. But I'm dissatisfied with their products. This is after they redid my nails three times and been in the shop for 2 hours with 30 minutes of drying time. Now the Techs told me it was dry all three times and also helped me put my shoes on. And it still look like this once I got home and I don't live close I live in Fort Worth.

First off I love this place, I’ve been coming here since 2017, Sam is always a pleasure he treats you so well, the vibe is amazing from the moment you walk in. I recently started doing other things besides a French manicure and I absolutely love it Tammy does my designs and she’s so talented and so good at everything! This is the latest set she’s done on me I got them for Easter weekend and she did amazing! I love coming here and the margarita is so enjoyable when everyone around you is so nice! Best place hands down!

I’ve lived here over a year and was commuting for some time so I was still getting my nails done in Atlanta however this year I moved here full-time and I’ve been struggling to find a place that does a very good job with the basic Mani and pedi with a buff and still was priced affordably. After trying several places in Dallas I’m happy to say The Nail Spa checked all boxes for price, location, atmosphere, friendliness, Technique, and efficiency/time! I’m happy to be coming there every 2-3 weeks! Thank you Dawn and Brazil! Ooh and the friendly attendant. See you soon!

I love this place Sam&Tami are really nice and patient and My favorite nail tech is Devin!! He's easy going, creative and knows his stuff..You show him a picture or even let him know what you want he'll nail it, literally!!💙💅🏼 When he does nails he does ART check out this place it's chill, quiet, and overall you'll leave satisfied and I guarantee you'll come back because they actually listen to you on how you want your nails and they don't freak out when you ask them how much anything is like other places do So give them a try You won't regret it. To me this place is a diamond in the rough! Not always about how fancy a shop is it's about the quality of the service you're getting!
