Worst experience ever! The manager also refused a refund! I left with purple hair, wanting blonde. My hair was soooo choppy and had lines in my hair. She didn’t leave the foils in long enough on my top hair. I went to another salon to get it fixed. Didn’t know it was that bad until the girl told me. I will never go here again. The service here was horrible too.

The stylist was kind to my daughter during the appointment and did a creative hair design at the end. However, the haircut was uneven and poorly finished. With our busy schedule and Tangles being booked, a correction cut with another stylist wasn’t feasible, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, the response was unexpectedly rude and dismissive but did ultimately get a refund. I understand that not every appointment goes perfectly, but I did expect a basic level of professionalism when raising a concern. We'll need to have it corrected elsewhere and won’t be returning.

I want to say to the owner of this fine salon Stefanie and her associates Amanda and Mandy, for helping us in a difficult situation, They went far and above expectations for my girl, They treated her like royalty, they have the knowledge of what it takes to do the job well and put their name on their work with pride, I always have high expectations of people I deal with and Tangles hair salon has far exceeded my standards.Thanks again for y’all expertise in this establishment

I’ve been going to Tangles or many years, and have been looked after by several different ladies there. They all rock! They’ve all been super patient, creative, knowledgeable, and professional. I’ve trusted them with my wedding party’s hair, dramatic haircuts, and big changes for over a decade. ❤️

Tangles Salon did all the hair for my daughter’s wedding party. The stylists were talented and so kind. They offered great suggestions and everyone’s hair looked phenomenal and held up all night!!! Thanks for being a part of the most special day.
