The place is beautiful and everyone is so kind. Shoutout to Danny for slaying my nails every time !!! He takes his time when doing my nails and he makes sure they are perfect every time. 2025-07-19I had my first experience at L'Amour today and it was incredible. I got a deluxe pedicure, and a gel manicure with the cat eye add on. My nails are absolutely gorgeous, ive never had them look this amazing. Tammy did my pedicure and was so thorough and very skilled with massage portion of the pedicure. Katy blew me away as well with how perfect my gel manicure is! You NEED to come here!

2025-09-06**Edit** Danny contacted me and made it right!! I got my nails done by him, and they’re exactly what I wanted. My daughter has gotten her nails done here twice. Both times the art work was incredible. They did exactly what she asked. So I went with her today to get my nails done too. The entire staff ignored me, never acknowledged me until after I had waited well over an hour and asked if I signed in right. They said I did. 4 people came in after me and got taken before me. Two staff members just stood around not helping me. My daughter’s nails took two hours and looked great as usual, however I won’t return. I never got my nails done, no communication at all to when it would be my turn. They greeted everyone and asked everyone how they could help them, including my daughter, except me! I don’t know what I did to deserve such treatment. I paid the full price, plus tip. Both times. Very frustrating.

2025-10-15The best nail shop in West chester by far! She paid so much attention to detail, shaping them perfectly! Did extra steps most places don’t do which i highly appreciated! Yumi absolutely killed it !!! Beyond impressed with her work and I will definitely be back 🤍 5/5 !!!
