2025-11-03I was scheduled for a gel manicure and a basic pedi. I went to the West Chester location and I had Kayla as my nail tech. She was amazing! She was very patient with me as I was undecided about the polish color. She allowed me to try 4 different colors before I finally decided on the one that I absolutely LOVE! If I could give her 10 stars, I WOULD! I hope she is there when I go for my next visit. Thank you Kayla!

2025-08-14Booked online for a Dip Powder change for mid length almond shaped with a Standard Technician. Got there and went with a Dip French manicure. Had Lauren '9' as a tech. She was sweet and did a great job! The salon was beautiful! Only minor feedback, that could happen anytime, was a few nicks with the dremel around my cuticles. Other than that - I'm a week in with this set and loving them! Photo is from day of service.

2025-11-16Ambience at VOA is the best!! There was a no doubt about it. Everyone is so friendly and Trish is awesome! There is nothing she can’t do or won’t do for her clients. She is an awesome tech and a fabulous artist. I have been getting my nails done for a very long time and Trish is by far the best! Ambience is clean and well organized and the receptionist are very friendly and they are the first impression of Ambience you get! I highly recommend Ambience in VOA! Give it a chance you won’t be sorry!
