2025-09-06This is hands down my favorite nail salon I’ve been to in Charlotte. Not only great work, but fair pricing. It’s refreshing to get such a high level of service without spending hundreds of dollars that some salons charge these days. The atmosphere was welcoming and the salon was clean. I did a full set of TAP nails and a pedicure. My nails were shaped so evenly that it looks like I’m wearing press ons. The talent there is real. They also offer a punch card for future savings as well as a referral program. Will definitely be returning.

2025-04-21My experience was great! I didn’t get my tech’s name but it was a younger gentleman and he did great! I was comfortable, he was sure to make sure the vision I had for my nails was perfect, took his time ( which many nail salons don’t do anymore) 10/10 experience with my tech. However, my Wife and I were getting our nails done at the same time. Unfortunately she did not have the same experience. Again we didn’t get names. The nail tech she had rushed through, over cut both toes and her toes are sore from the “maintenance” that was done, My Wife explained to me her nail tech put a lot of oil on her feet and legs when massaging before putting her nail polish on. The nail tech did not wipe the excess oil off her toes causing the nail polish smear off easily after an hour and thirty minutes of drying. This has happened twice…with the same exact nail tech. Although we appreciate the salon’s effort to correct the mistake unfortunately we did not have time to stay to paint My Wife’s nails that day. One last thing. The prices were increased significantly! Which I understand because HELLO INFLATION! but 75 dollars for a jelly spa? Is very expensive for me atleast.
