My Bella Spa Nail

Really disappointed with my visit today. Went with my mom the first time on a Wednesday night and the staff were amazing and very attentive. Went for the second time on a Friday morning and it was horrible. Not as nice experience at all. Staff was not as friendly and kept giving us add ons out of no where without telling us. Also the manicures are horrible. My chrome was a nightmare that took three tries asking for black chrome and it came out blotchy mixed with sparkles. Was charged $10 and you can’t even tell they are chrome. All black around my fingers still not cleaned up and uneven nails. My mom’s manicure has missing spots and the man did not do a good job at all. She felt rushed even though we had appointments she was taken after me. This was for her birthday and they look horrendous. Nails are tacky and sticky. Kept making up prices and it was a very frustrating experience to come out with awful nails. Won’t be back and will have to go elsewhere to fix. Lynn did call, who is the manager, and asked us to come back. We decided not to because we would have to restart the process again and be there over another hour and waste more time. With work it is hard to find time off to do these things. Was hoping for some sort of refund so I can go and do my nails elsewhere to get fixed but that is not allowed. Will remove the polish myself for now and wait to go elsewhere when I have time. Disappointed I thought I found a new nail salon after moving to this area, but if you don’t have Lynn doing your nails it is not a good experience and wasted money.

I used to get service here. The service is not personable. I do not need conversation during service. That is not the part…they act like you are bothering them or disturbing them by being there. Now, the reason I will never go back. I was preparing that afternoon for an event that evening. I wanted to remove gel polish and a new color to match my outfit. When I told them what I wanted, they refused service. Never again will I enter My Bella. I was shocked by the experience.

I’ve come here many times for pedicures and always been very satisfied, and I’m kinda hard to satisfy because I really hate pedicures. I get the basic pedicure and the things I like about it are: they’re fast, the place is very clean, my feet always come out looking great. I don’t want a spa experience. I just want to get in and out.

I got my nails done in two days later several of them were peeling. I went back in, and they all just blew me off and ignored me and the older man that did my nails said that he had to be the one to fix them so his idea of fixing them was just covering them all with a gel topcoat. It is not even been a week two of them are broken and almost all of them are peeling. They have the worst customer service and they absolutely do not know what they’re doing. I certainly hope that they go out of business because they have no business being a nail salon! I will never go there again and I paid $67 and now less than a week later, I’m having to go to a new salon to get my nails done because they look like shit and they’re all broken and peeling. Go at your own risk!

This is my second visit. My first was a long time ago and was not great, but I thought I would give it another try since location is convenient. This will be my last. While the wait was short, the service was not great. Cuticle and skin care was not done well. Polish was applied very unevenly and isn’t to edge of cuticle. After pointing out that my big toe had a jagged edge, she just loaded more polish on and failed to fix it. I’ll be going to my regular salon to get this redone.
