ROSE Nails

I hadn’t done my nails in a long time, I was natural for two years. I was happy to go and do some self care but was so disappointed when the woman hit my toes two different times with the lamp (not me hitting them, she hit it when placing the lamp on my feet) i asked if my nails were ok and she said they were fine both times without even looking. $60 spent in vain because I see when I get home that my French tips are noticeably dented from being hit. Also I had to tell them multiple times not to cut the side of my toenails because that is why I have ingrown toenails to begin with and I have worked really hard to fix them, and the nail tech tried several times to cut them anyway. Now I remember why I stopped wasting so much of my money on mediocre services.

Love this salon! Stephanie is amazing—she is so kind and does a wonderful job. Salon also gives discount to UNC/college students if they show student ID which is awesome.

I had an amazing experience at Rose Nails. The nail tech Mindy did an amazing job on my nails. I got the gel x for the first time and ombré with glitter and they turned out great. The staff at rose nails are very welcoming and like to help you personalize your nails how you want.

Went in for a Pedicure and was totally disrespected! I scheduled an appointment to assure I would not have to wait. I ended up having to wait for over two hours with my service being done in intervals being pushed aside for a "regular" who had paid extra for the technician that was providing my service. I was there so long that the other technicians made comments such as "you are still here?!?"
