501 Nail Spa

On three different occasions, the owner overbooked clients so one time I was told to come back another day and the other two times I had to wait 40 minutes after the scheduled time for a chair to be available. This is not only unfair to me but to Natalie, the manicurist. Another time I came with a friend and asked for 2 female manicurists when I made the appointments. When we got there, only one female was available. The man cut my friend’s toe. Natalie is great but the owners clearly don’t care about their clients. Many of my friends have left 15/501 for other places and I will join them.

This was my first time at 501 Nail Spa. My mom, however, is a regular and I can see why. The owner is on his toes every moment of your visit to ensure prompt and courteous service. I felt cared for, catered to and enjoyed every second. I got a Pedi, Mani, and wax. My mom, my daughter and her friend also got manis and pedis and 501 handled us with ease. Check this place out if you are looking for a great nail experience. Make an appointment just to be safe but they do take walk ins. But make an appointment, they are great and I'm sure they fill up fast.

Wonderful place! It’s been a while since I’ve had a pedicure and 501 Nail Spa did not disappoint! Friendly staff, clean stations, and an overall relaxing atmosphere. Natalie came highly recommended and I absolutely concur. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience!

I always get a dip manicure and my nails last forever no matter which nail tech I get. Nice service and relaxing experience.
