2025-10-15I recevied a head spa treatment. The appointment started out nicely but turned once I got in the room. There was no spa music or relaxing setting. I completed a questionnaire but it wasn't discussed before starting my head spa treatment. The hair dresser giving the treatment was sweet but the treatment was mediocre. For the price I was disappointed but kept a positive mindset. However, I would not return to the salon.

2025-11-19I have always loved the Avenue HOWEVER this time I fell asleep and missed my appointment. Some girl called me at 5 minutes after my appointment start time and asked me if I was going. I appreciate the phone call but she was very rude!! I kept saying I was sorry but she continued to be rude to me. As if I missed my appointment on purpose! I will take this into consideration when and IF I book with them again!!!!
