2020-10-20I scheduled online for a shellac manicure. When I got there and saw the selection of polish, it is not the CND brand but knock offs for $35 dollars. The polish started to chip after 2 days. I expect for the price for my polish to last more then 2 days. When I called to cancel my upcoming appointment and asked if I wanted to reschedule I explained my polish did not last and was told good luck finding a place. Did not offer to make it right.

I stood at the front desk and not one person came to wait on me, so I asked a person and they top were clueless on who worked the front. The workers there totally ignored me. Unless you have a lot of time to wait I wouldn't go here.
