2025-11-07Went in for a simple test strand and they cut a decent chunk of my hair off and inch from my roots with shears (i have long hair) I was told if they did it while it was still attached to my head then they would have to charge me. That is not normal. They could have at least used thinning shears to blend the chunk they cut. They said they would contact me with results and they didn’t even do that. They said they couldn’t pinpoint who even did it so they basically did that for nothing. Don’t come here unless you just want a short chunk to be sticking out every single time you put your hair in a ponytail for no reason.
