2025-11-14I had a great experience at Spa Mesu today, which included a wonderful haircut from Mesu herself and some lovely conversation. I’m from the west coast and I don’t recall ever getting a dry men’s haircut where the stylist opted to wash my hair after finishing the cut. Mesu explained to me that this technique allows her to better see how the hair flows and helps her sculpt it easier, which makes perfect sense. I feel like this creative approach is missing in a lot of salons I’ve been to in the past, and the result was one of the better haircuts I’ve had in recent years.
