I want to share my full experience. My original appointment with Tech Tammy would be a 1/5. My nails were clumpy, uneven, and started chipping within two days. I had asked for a white chrome powder, but it looked thick like caked spackle, and some areas even had scratch-like lines. This was especially upsetting since I’m in a wedding this weekend. However, I’m giving a full 5 stars for how the situation was handled. I called , and within 30 minutes they had me come back in. The owner Diana even came in on her day off and completely redid my nails at no charge and without hesitation. She was extremely kind, personable, and made sure I left happy. Because of that level of customer service (Nathan) , I’ll definitely be returning.

I wish I knew the nail tech's name, because I would warn customers to not go to him. I had a dip manicure and pedicure done on 9/17/25. Two days later, 3 of my nails started chipping. I called, and they told me to come in to get them fixed. They asked me who did my nails, and I couldn't remember his name, but he happened to walk up to the desk. I said it was the man who walked up, and he immediately began questioning me as though he was denying it could have been him. The staff tried to look me up on the computer but couldn't find my visit on 9/17. The nail tech and I proceeded to look for the color we used. I thought I found it, but he just brought me back to his station without finding the color match. He simply filed my nails down to nubs and put a clear coat over them. To no surprise, they started chipping a few days later, and now I am just trying to stretch it out since I paid $130 for a dip mani and pedi. I am mostly frustrated at the fact that he kept saying "it wasn't him" who did my nails. I literally said to him, "I'm not crazy. It was you." I almost followed up with "Unless you have an identical twin brother with the exact same tattoos, it was you." He was obviously annoyed the whole time. The guy even stuck his phone in my face to show me a receipt of some kind. The nail tech next to him said to me, "It couldn't have been him because the only customer he had that day was a dip mani and a pedi." I said, "Yah. I had a pedi too." Insinuating your customers are liars is bad business. And so is doing a poor job not only the first time, but the second.

I had the best experience getting my nails done with Diana this evening! As soon as I sat down, Diana said would you like some length to your nails. I excitedly said yes! This was the first time anyone has ever offered me tips for my gel manicure I showed Diana picture ideas. My nails exceeded my expectations! I have gone to this salon for many years for my pedicures. I’m excited to now know someone who does an amazing job with manicures!

LeAn is amazing. I'm very picky on who I go to since I have short nails and skin issues. She is extremely sweet and thorough and makes my nails look fantastic. She's great at color recommendations too.

I went on saturday to get my nails done as I was on a trip and am no longer in Maryland and my nail broke today! Not even a week of having these nails! $100 dollars down the drain! This is unacceptable the lady told me they would last 4 weeks with the more expensive gel. I want a refund! Edit- after paying and goimg to a different nail salon to get the other nail fixed in my state another nail fell off today! Twice in one week!
