Face It! is one of my absolute favorite places to be. From the minute you walk through the door, a sense of calm and relaxation just takes over. The Salt Cave is insanely beautiful, their facials are top notch and every single staff member is an amazing host. Ashley and her team make you so relaxed and refreshed that it's hard to leave.

Gina has always been nothing but good vibes and the best care since day one. From the day I walked into Face It for the first time, she has been utterly phenomenal. Whether it was working front of house things or every spa treatment she offers, she is always putting forth her best. I’ve been beyond satisfied every time I walk out of her room. She has a kind heart and loves what she does. Would recommend her for any of her services. She’s personable but not invasive or pushy. Easy to work with and listens to what you’re looking for. Highly recommend her regardless of what you’re looking to have done. I’ve had services done by nearly everyone working at Face It and been fully satisfied with each and every one of them. Ashley clearly cares deeply about her clients and it shows throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend Face It.

I’m so grateful for this gem of a spa right in my area. The owner and staff are all so lovely. As soon as you enter, you are instantly relaxed. Chloe did my Electro Sonic DF facial last August 2024 and that was absolutely phenomenal. She was amazing. Today Bella did my Signature Deep Relaxation Treatment and a scalp treatment add on. She was absolutely lovely! She has incredibly strong and hard hands for such a petite woman. She got out my knots and also focused on my face for my migraines. My scalp feels amazing. I also spent time in their salt cave which was wonderful. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this spa!

I’ve been a client of Ashley, the owner, and her team for several years. Without hesitation, I will go nowhere else for facials and pedicures. First, the atmosphere in the spa is welcoming and calming, not to mention that it is always clean and organized. Ashley and Brittney have done my facials with care, a great “touch”, and interest in improving the look of my skin. The techniques and products they’ve recommended have all had a positive effect on my skin. The pedicures are relaxing, long lasting and look great. Other services, such as makeup application and deep relaxation treatment, are equally well done. The entire team is professional, friendly, and aims to please. From time to time, Ashley sends her clients appreciation gifts, such as discounts on products and on the purchase of gift cards, which is always nice to receive! This place is a jewel!

We tried the Mommy and Me Mini Refresh package with the salt-cave add-on. This was my daughter's first time, and she's already asking to go back. All the staff are so friendly. Bella and Stacy were wonderful and ensured we had the best experience. 10/10 recommend!
