Mirage Nail Spa

My best friend took me here on Sunday to get my nails done first thing when they opened. I told my nail tech that I was suspicious my boyfriend was going to propose and these would hopefully be my engagement nails. I noticed that one of the french tips was crooked. I informed her of this detail when my nails were wet. She seemed to fix it, then proceeded to put the top coat on and instructed me to cure my nails. I took a second look and noticed it was still crooked. I asked her to please fix it given the occasion. She filed the white off with the nail file and repainted it. It look great, but now there were scratch marks on my nail. I told her and asked if she could fix the scratches, and she got very defensive and told me no, she would not be fixing it. I reiterated that my best friend took me here and I think these are my engagement nails. She said just not to look at it too closely and it was fine. I got very upset and she told me the most she can do for me is $5 off since I wasn't happy with my nails. There was no one else waiting to get their nails done. My boyfriend ended up proposing that night. It was very disheartening that they wouldn't take the time to fix my engagement nails.

Another satisfied visit. Met Elizabeth and Nina today. We talked and laughed throughout my visit. Elizabeth is new and did an awesome job on my Pedi. Nina followed up with the finishing touches by doing my nails. They are my dream team of nails.

I went 3 days ago and got a regular manicure and pedicure with massages. I paid $135. The lady who helped me didn't put the pink base coat on me like the usual design (there was someone else waiting, I guess that's why she did it quickly). The nail polish came off after two days. It seemed very expensive for such poor quality service.

I'm really in love with the result, and I definitely feel that the service was much nicer than some of what I had experienced at other salons in town. The complimentary iced coffee was a very nice touch too! Highly recommend this spot.

My nail tech created such intricate designs that I can’t stop admiring them. Each detail is executed carefully, making my nail set unique and eye-catching. I’m truly satisfied. 5/5 stars
