Passions Nail Spa

The staff at Passions Nail Spa are always friendly, greeting me by name every time I visit. Henry takes care of my no-chip manicures and pedicures. I love that he can work with and shape my natural nails, keeping them strong, healthy and looking great.

I always go to Henry because he does such a beautiful job every time! He pays attention to detail and takes his time. The salon is clean and pleasant to be in, and they have lots of great color options.

This was the most upsetting and horrible experience I have ever had at a nail salon…the owner of the nail salon did my nails and I had expressed to her that I did not want my nails to be pointing up, because that’s not how nails should look. After my tip application I could already tell they looked questionable and I expressed that to her many times throughout the process. Each time she continued to gaslight me and tell me to trust her and PROMISED me I was going to leave satisfied. After sometime I realized she was giving me exactly what I had asked her NOT to give me and I had asked her to soak them off because I was so unsatisfied I no longer wanted to wait to get them redone. The women doing my nails walked off without any apology or anything nice to say and her husband did my soak off..I was knicked and burned with the drill in the process because everyone was in a rush and then on top of that I am still left with a thick layer of dip on my natural nails…again nothing was said to my after words by either of the two and I was left to walk myself out.

Although greeted nicely and attentive service, these “French Tip” nails are not worth the price nor the bulkiness.

BEWARE: I visited this nail salon on a whim for Mother’s Day as a treat. Unfortunately by the next day my toe became infected quickly, and painfully. Assuming, with such great reviews, this salon would have proper sanitary protocols. I called to inform them with the infection and they were unapologetic and refused a refund. Looking further at the reviews I now see I was misguided as they must have paid a someone to put a ton of 5-star reviews. With further investigation it seems many failing nail salons pull this tactic (same as buying followers/views on social media platforms). Unfortunate, that they have poor sanitary protocols and review ethics. Do a good job, get a good review. Do a poor job, get a poor review. Simple.
