I am visiting from California, where I normally get a Russian manicure, which is perfect to me! However, I found this nail shop that was just good as mine back in California. "Adonna" did a great job. Paid attention to detail and was very meticulous. She takes great pride in her work, and it shows! If ever I am back home here in Illinois, I will definitely get services there again!

I am writing to provide detailed feedback regarding my visit for a manicure and pedicure at this salon. While I must commend the exceptional skill and artistry of the technician who performed my services – the quality of the nail work itself was truly outstanding – my overall experience unfortunately leads me to conclude that I will not be returning for two reasons. Firstly, I specifically noted the absence of a hand and foot massage during the manicure and pedicure. This is a customary and anticipated element of a full-service treatment at this extreme price point in other high-quality salons I frequent, and its omission created a feeling of incompleteness and reduced pampering that I associate with such services. Secondly, I find your policy which requires payment information prior to an appointment, with the understanding that a cancellation could result in a charge, to be quite rigid and frankly, unreasonable. While I appreciate the need for businesses to minimize no-shows, this approach fails to acknowledge the unpredictable nature of life and unforeseen circumstances that can necessitate a last-minute cancellation. It places an undue burden on the client and introduces a level of anxiety that is antithetical to a relaxing salon visit. My personal experience during my nearly two-hour appointment further highlighted this concern; I was the sole client in the salon for the entirety of my visit, and no other customers arrived. In such a scenario, a cancellation would not have caused any significant operational disruption or loss of potential revenue, making the strictness of the policy feel disproportionate to its practical impact. For these reasons, I will not be returning.
